These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TagScan RFID inventory scanning platform, including the website (tagscan.app), mobile application, desktop application, and all related services (the "Service") provided by BONLINE TECHNOLOGIES LTD ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

TagScan provides RFID inventory scanning software for Android and Windows devices. The Service includes:

• TagScan Android application for RFID handheld scanners
• TagScan Desktop application (Windows) for inventory management
• Cloud-based subscription and license management
• API access for RFID data processing

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One subscription covers one user account. Sharing credentials is prohibited.

4. Subscription & Billing

Pricing: The TagScan annual license is priced at $400.00 USD per year (equivalent to approximately 1,500 SAR).

Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed annually. Your subscription begins on the date of purchase and renews automatically unless cancelled.

Payment: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.

Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account or by contacting us.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

5. License & Usage

• Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the TagScan software.
• The license is valid only for the duration of your active subscription.
• You may install the software on devices you own or control for your business use.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the software.
• If your subscription expires or is cancelled, the software will cease to function until a valid subscription is restored.

6. Internet Connectivity

The TagScan applications require an active internet connection to:

• Verify your subscription status
• Authenticate your account
• Perform periodic license validation checks

The applications will not function without internet connectivity.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

8. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all inventory data and RFID scan data you create using the Service. We do not claim ownership over your business data. You are responsible for maintaining your own data backups.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass subscription or license verification
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination:

• Your license to use the software will immediately cease.
• You may request export of your account data within 30 days.
• Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for data loss resulting from your failure to maintain backups.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
