Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the TagScan platform operated by BONLINE TECHNOLOGIES LTD.

1. Subscription Refunds

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the TagScan service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to first-time purchases only.

Renewal Refunds: For subscription renewals, refund requests must be made within 7 days of the renewal charge. After 7 days, renewal charges are non-refundable.

Pro-Rata Refunds: We do not offer pro-rata (partial) refunds for unused portions of a subscription period outside the refund windows described above.

All refunds are processed in USD (United States Dollars), the same currency in which the original payment was charged. Exchange rate differences between the time of purchase and refund are not covered by us.
